Your Vision Realized. From Concept To Cleanup.
We were built on a simple idea: bring the best pyrotechnic and special effects expertise together under one roof so producers, planners, and artists can achieve the exact effect they're imagining, every time.
Our team's experience spans the full process, from product development and show design through execution onsite. Fully licensed and insured, we handle concept, permitting, production, and cleanup as a single team.
We engineer your moment of celebration and wonder from start to finish.

Effects that
move a crowd
Pyrotechnics
Large scale proximate pyrotechnics to up close stage pyrotechnics. Full pyromusical sequences to single shots choreographed to your cues and fired by licensed technicians.
FLAME EFFECTS
Controlled flame effects and walls that punctuate a chorus or an entrance - sized and positioned for the venue, not just the video.
Confetti & Streamers
Cannon-launched, high volume blaster, or slow falling. One product with many versatile ways to showcase.
Ask about custom combinations. Most of our best shows mix two or three effects into one cue.

The Team Behind The Show
Built by the people who live this work.
Gateway Effects is run by a team who've spent decades on stages, fields, and sound stages across the country - the kind of experience that shows up as calm competence when the room goes dark and the cue is live.
We're proud to be the sister company of Gateway Fireworks Displays, bringing the same close-knit, client-first approach to indoor and close-proximite effects that Gateway Fireworks has built its reputation on.

Questions We Get Before Every Show
Will you handle the permits?
Yes. We manage permitting, fire marshal approval, and venue coordination so you're not chasing paperwork on top of everything else. Our one stop price typically includes all these costs.
Are your effects safe for our venue?
Every effect is sized to the space and run by trained, licensed technicians using safety distances that meet or exceed local code - indoors and out.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Certificates of insurance are available on request and can be tailored to your venue's requirements. We carry all applicable required insurance and amounts. General Liability, Auto, and Worker's Compensation are all included in our one stop price.
Can effects be synced to music or cues?
Absolutely! That's most of what we do. Give us your track or your show cues and we'll build the effects around them.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better, especially for permitted pyrotechnics. 4 weeks is typical, though we'll always tell you what's realistic for your date.
What's the cost?
We do not have "rack rates". Each project is looked at individually so that it receives the proper service it deserves. The project’s effects, scale, and venue is all taken into account. We'll put together a straightforward quote once we know what you're vision is. No pressure, no upsell. Our goal is to make your vision come to life.
Let's Plan
Your Moment
Tell us the date, the venue, and the vision. We'll take it from there, and stay there with you until the last cue fires.
